ETUDE HOUSE 해피 에센셜 폴 #1 콜라겐 (Happy Essential Foam #1 Collagen) & Happy New Year!

This purchase simply came as a result of my previous cleanser running out... I needed a new cleanser~ and I knew I wanted an Etude House one ㅋㅋ it was just a choice of which one~  Kate is currently using the #2 히알루론산 and she liked it~ so I decided to try that series out~ but get the 콜라겐 instead~
As usual, I ordered through cosmetic-love and it only cost $9.48 so that was all great and perfect! I'm not going to go into the package and everything itself, because there's plenty of details of cosmetic-love as a seller on the haul tag ㅋㅋ

The product itself is a good size, it lasts for a long time, it doesn't smell too strong (it has the same scent as the 콜라겐 아이패지, which is understandable because they're both collagen products). The cleanser claims to "gently remove impurities...promote elasticity and firmness" and creates "happy...clean, smooth, and soft" skin [taken from the back English section of the bottle].
There's 150ml of product and I personally only use the same amount as I do toothpaste ㅋㅋㅋ but I suppose the amount of product you use depends on how big your face is and how well it lathers using your water (did you know that different types of water create different amounts of lather?)

Hallyu Takeover at Bluewater...

Something has changed recently hasn't it? Blogging is now easier~ and I think finally I'm starting to really enjoy this now~ it's no longer a chore and a massive load of work... it's currently 23:30PM and I've just come home from my trip out to Bluewater mall in Kent and I'm genuinely sitting writing this now...I've done photos~ I've done everything. Quickly. Wow. I'm motivated right now!

Maybe it's due to the title! Perhaps the first thing I should do is explain the title...
If you've already seen my twitter then maybe you've already guessed what I'm going to say~ but Mr Simple. In England. In John Lewis. Playing. All day. I think that's genuinely made my day right now. Not only that~ but Shindong and Sungmin had pretty good parts in it in my opinion ^^ Even though Heechul wasn't in this promo video (or Kangin) it wasn't too bad!
If you haven't seen the video (which I actually hadn't...) then you can watch it here...but obvs that version isn't in 3D like it was in the store~
I took a picture of it from one of the screens from you all, but because it's in 3D and my phone can't view...well 3D...because it doesn't have glasses ㅋㅋㅋ it looks kind of funny!

GET YOUR CRAYON~~~

Being the only person in the library...should make me more productive. However, without people judging me for not working, I'm so unmotivated (once again to do anything school related) so therefore, this hour of my life shall be partially spent by re-living my experience on the weekend!
BIG BANG 15.12.12 (shame it wasn't on the 12th really wasn't it?)
Well, Saturday was amazing. We'll just stick that out there! Loads of bloggers have already been way faster than me (is that anything new though really?) and already put up posts and vlogs on the day. Suzi, Xiao, and Nicol have all posted and obvs Seungri's video of the encore is up as well.

갈아만든 마스크 시트 알로에 [THE FACE SHOP - Real Nature Mask Aloe Vera]

Sheet mask time everyone! Don't these things make you happy? I've never reviewed a sheet mask before, mainly because the ones I've used have been only singular ones (I've bought them on their own, just as one sheet, as opposed to in a box like My Beauty Diary sell) but I bought 7 of The Face Shop's Real Nature Mask in Aloe Vera so I thought I'd share my thoughts on this one.

These are so cheap. I'm just putting that out there. On THEFACESHOP website, they come up at 1,000 won per mask. I actually bought mine on eBay though from a seller called heirofkoreanculture  (god awful name I know...but hey it was cheap) and I paid £4.23 for a pack of 7 of these masks, so actually...not too bad if I say so myself! (I didn't have any shipping charge or anything either.

Moving onto the mask itself...
Aloe Vera seems to be in everything! The mask has 1,000mg of grounded aloe vera apparently...and that means that this sheet should sooth and hydrate the skin. Basically just extreme moisturising at the end of the day. Aloe is good for sensitive skin, which explains why every product I use seems to have aloe in! The plant, aloe vera, itself comes from north Africa and spread to Europe and China in the 17th Century! There's so many uses for aloe vera, one of my favourite though is sun protection~ but you can read about all of these yourself here if you like instead ㅋㅋㅋ

Why is my face too small? I have a face like SHINee's Minho, which just seems to be too small for everything in life~ from eye masks to sheet masks~ masks just seem to hate my face!
It seems like it fits the faces of Koreans though, I was checking out some other reviews of this mask~ and I found one on naver of a Korean girl who used the Aloe one as well~ and it fit her perfectly! So it's obviously just me that's the problem here!

Christmas Cosmetics!

I've ordered lots of products (both cosmetic and clothings and stuffs) over the past month so far~
(I swear last week I must have looked like a courier...I got a parcel every day from Hong Kong/Korea~~)
So instead of writing 5 or 6 posts about hauls, I decided just to stick all of my parcels into one post!
I'm not reviewing anything in this one though, just letting you know what I bought!
(Warning: Image Heavy!! ㅋㅋㅋ)

1: The Face Shop
This is a package from an eBay seller called heirofkoreanculture, they sell face masks and cosmetics. I bulk bought some of The Face Shop's Real Nature Mask Sheets in #1 Aloe.
(These are the samples I received ^^)

Here's the packages of the Face masks! I think I have enough here to last about two/three months! ㅋㅋㅋ

2: Etude House and Innisfree
A package post wouldn't be a package post without something from cosmetic-love! ^^ I ordered a cleanser (which is the same line as nonstopnyankate's - but in collagen) and an Innisfree mascara ㅋㅋㅋ because I love Innisfree! ...I also ordered some Christmas presents, so I won't show you them~~ because it's not Christmas yet!

Yay! Bubble wrap! I love how well packaged cosmetic-love stuff are ^^ that sounds really stupid -_-

Here's my products (I've removed the ones which are actually presents to people though :D)

Here's the samples! I got another Nesura strip, Missha BB and some Cleansing Cream ^^

3: YesWalker/YesStyle
I also ordered from YesStyle's new sub-site (yeswalker) ^^ so that's a surprise! I'm going to do a huge post on that later on once my friends one is delivered as well~ but it's nice ;D ahaa~
I bought a bag from them, and I'll just put this out there! Yeswalker's delivery seems to be better than YesStyle and YesAsia's ㅋㅋㅋ

Those are the only package's I'm going to share...because all the others were Christmas presents to people ㅋㅋㅋ so I can't really share those ones! ^^
Have a nice day~ and everyone who's going to BB today, see you there! ^^ kekeke~
<3

24 freaking thousand~!

That's right, 24000 tweets. That's a milestone isn't it? I now seem to be counting every time I reach another 1000 mark, but it's so much fun! Looking back at some of my past tweets and what I was like, even if it's only from the start of the year! I've changed so much and I've grown up so much during 2012! It sounds cheesy, but I'm proud of myself.

The Ultimate Magic Cream

I've been meaning to talk about this for a while...and simply just haven't got around to it. But here it goes. I'm going to let you guys in on a little secret. Sudocrem.

First? Lets go over a bit of history and background information. Mainly because it's kind of funny, and I've been using the stuff forever, and I didn't actually realise where it had come from or anything!
It's by Forest Tosara Ltd and the main ingredient is Excipients. Sudocrem is described as a 'medicated cream aimed primarily at the treatment of nappy rash' {looool~ㅎㅎ.}
It was created in 1931, by a guy named Thomas Smith (could you have a more common name?) and was therefore originally called "Smith's cream".
Nice little fact whilst I was finding this out as well? Cheryl Cole uses the stuff as well 하하~

Three years and Four months...

Three years and four months. It's really taken it's toll on me. In fact, you can tell how much the trial has affected me, simply by looking at the fact that it's now four minutes past eight in the morning, and I've not left this computer alone so far. My hair isn't done. I put on the closest clothes I could find. Stuffed a banana and tea down my throat. And left the house, came straight to school and am currently sitting upstairs. On my own. Writing this.

Three years and four months. That's a long time in anyone's book. Even more so when you're only seventeen. I've genuinely spent pretty much all of my high school life, half of my time so far as a k-popper and a large proportion of my life in general, following the SM Entertainment vs. JYJ trial.
At the end of it all now today? It didn't end with the result I'd hoped for initially. Although, it also didn't begin properly like I had originally panned out in my head either.
All I ever wanted out of this from the last three years were my five voices back. Instead, I simply lost two of them. I fell in love with the acapella group. Not the duo Yunho and Changmin are in now. Or the trio that Jaejoong, Junsu and Yuchun have currently found themselves in. Jaejoong, Yuchun and Junsu have done pretty well honestly though, all things considering, with hanging onto their original styles and voices. But perhaps that's more down to Lee Soo Man than Yunho and Changmin themselves.

4HEAD Stick

I'm just going to take the time today to show you something I love and hate at the same time. I swear I have a marmite relationship with this product, but at the same time I can't do without it!
It's the 4HEAD stick by Diomed Developments Ltd. (which according to the side of the pack, they're based near where I'm from *interesting fact right there!*). It's supposed to cure/ease headaches. I'm pretty much famous for having the inability to swallow any form of tablet in the world, so therefore when I saw this little thing in boots...I had to get it.

Special Announcement!

So it's been a couple of weeks now in which my announcement has been just sitting there...waiting to be told~ and now I have a few announcements to eum~~~ announce? A couple of my 언니 are probably already aware of these~ but the majority of people aren't...

Let's get on with it then~ and I'll let you in on the little secrets and stuff that has happened recently~ And I've also got one from about August time that I haven't told any of you~ But since I'm writing about all of this stuff now, I'll stick that in as well ㅋㅋ

So lets go in chronological order then through these announcements? I've got three~ so let's start in August!

Ahaha~ so it's results day (well not now obviously, but skip back to when it was results day ㅋㅋㅋ) I'd got 100 in the Religious Ethics AS paper~ so that's partially why I'm now filling out my uni applications and everything and writing Philosophy on all of them~ :') and I enjoy it of course as well, I was also the first person in my sixth form to ever get full marks ㅋㅋㅋ *clap clap clap*
Okay~ so that's over now!

Next one!
Now it's a couple of weeks ago~ and I got the OK to take my Shodan in Shotokan Karate~ so that means that if I pass on the 13th December (the day of my exam) I'll officially be a black belt, so that'll be all exciting and stuff! I didn't want to mention it on the day though before, because I obviously get injured quite a lot~ so I didn't want to jinx anything by announcing it and then breaking a ton of bones or something~ but I've decided to man-up and just tell you all now! So that'll be hard, and it's also going to end up being my excuse for why I'm so tired now and why I'm not blogging as much...
But I had my first 'revision session' on Thursday...and I ended up coming out with a huge gross bruise~ so I'm going to be broken by the time it gets to the exam xD
Have a look!

Injury #1 - The Current State of My Arm xD

And FINALLY! :D Probably the only exciting one for everyone else~ My 언니 and I got our BIG BANG ALIVE TOUR tickets for London on Wednesday last week~ so we're officially now going to go to see Big Bang :) This will be the first concert with my 언니 and it'll be my second time seeing a k-pop performance ever since I missed CN Blue and SHINee etc...
(The only other guys I've seen are DNT (디엔티) -- that's dragon n tiger -- and as lovely as they were...I'm not sure they really on the same level as BIG BANG!! xD
So that's the 15th December, I'll remember to take a million photos of the day and I'll share them with you all~ so expect that post to be huge

Are any of you going to Big Bang's London concert as well?
Have a nice day everyone

미샤 타임 레볼루션 - 더 퍼스트 트리트먼트 에센스

I remembered the other day after watching a cm that I had a 미샤 sample that I hadn't used yet. Currently my face is really dry due to the change in British weather, so I'm having a sudden need for products which hydrate my skin - normally I have a really oily face so you can see my problem here - whilst watching TV, a commercial appeared which ended up saving my face, it's a pretty simple advert and it's only 15 seconds long (so I decided to stick it in this post so you can watch it...)
I have a really dry t-zone at the moment, so applying this really helped and I think I'll be buying to full-size of this essence ㅋㅋㅋ which is saying something because I never really buy essences.

스킨푸드 Samples #1

I honestly am not sure how long this post has been sitting hanging around in my drafts section...I actually hadn't used the Emulsion until this week, simply because I have no use for an emulsion. Having oily/sensitive skin, thick products like emulsions are generally of no use to me. And I barely use products like this, so because I didn't replace it with anything (and because I liked the packaging, so I didn't want to ruin it by ripping it! But I suppose I did actually take a picture!)

Welcome to part one of the 스킨푸드 Sample section. Instead of reviewing the products individually, I'd like to sit and review these in pairs simply because I think it'll be easier and due to the size of these samples, they are of course single use and therefore I haven't got a really clear view on these products, just a simple first impression and how they react with my skin type.

Before I actually get into the cream and emulsion themselves though, I thought I'd give a quick overview on 스킨푸드 themselves~ *I'm getting my information from Skin Food's US site if anyone is curious
their motto is "good food for health is also good for the skin" and their concept is 'food' - apparently they're the first brand to use this concept...personally, I'm not sure why you'd feel the need to have food based cosmetics...(and cactus? please let me know if you've ever actually eaten a cactus or class it as food? ㅋㅋㅋ)
Skin Food see their products as a solution to problems long-term, they use the phrase "To protect your skin for 14 years, not just for 14 days." Of course, this isn't literally, but you get the idea~ they're more the sort of brand who work on prevention and cure (over concealer). Instead of letting you get old and then give you a ton of concealing creams afterwards, they're the brand who keep your skin hydrated and healthy so you don't actually age as much in the first place.
They then carry on and tell me that they love my skin and all that regular jazz that all brands tell you, I do find the Korean brands pretty reliable so far though~
I thought I'd also mention that they began in 1957...I'm not sure whether you'd class that as old or new honestly, and I don't actually know much about Korean history...so I don't know particularly what Korea was like in the late 50's...but yeah, that's when they started!

Have you caught the Hallyu wave?

By the fact that you're sitting here reading my blog~ and the majority of you are k-poppers... I'm going to assume so ㅋㅋㅋBut has everyone else caught on yet?
I obviously can't speak for other countries~~ but K-pop and the Hallyu wave seems to have taken off more in Asian countries and some European ones as well...
In England though?
Not so much...

The reason why I wanted to post this now? Well England seem to catch on with everything too late~ our fashion comes later, our movies come later and of course~ so do music trends -_- At the moment, 강남스터일 seems to have taken off in England, probably during the course of this week~ It's been on the radio, in the newspapers and playing just in the streets.
Of course though, this has got the baby British k-poppers excited...I mean the ones who came to k-pop recently~ EXO fans and the lot~~ *bless them* what the k-poppers of the country need to realise though is that 강남스타일 is simply a fad~ British people don't honestly care for k-pop, the same as they don't care for anything that isn't in English particularly. So I just want to reinforce that k-pop is not here to stay. K-pop in England started with 강남스타일 and ends with 강남스타일~ It's kind of the sad truth~

Sure, CN Blue are in London today~~~ *so jealous of Xiao -_- I wish me and my unnis were seeing them today, but welcome to England CN Blue!* and Big Bang will keep winning awards, 2NE1 will come out with their English album~ The Wonder Girls movie will be shown over on British TV~ but that doesn't turn British people into K-poppers~

And~ do we really want that anyway? Do we want the directioners and beliebers stealing our opppparrs? Do you want the average teenage girl to be a shawol? Or a b2uty? I can assure you, as much as I want my groups to come and perform in England, and I want Etude House and Skin Food and Tony Moly to sell their products over here~ I definitely don't want k-pop to be super popular~

I've been a k-popper since around Super Junior's debut in 2005~ Since then, I've seen plenty of different waves of fan girls (and boys), but none have been the general British public~ If British people like k-pop they usually like other awesome stuff too (slightly biased...yes, but you get what I mean~) or they have like a million Korean friends who have forced them into it~

Either way, I'm glad 싸이 has been getting some press recently and well done~ but please don't go too far and embarrass yourself~ YG is in the lead at the moment - well in my opinion anyway - and you need to make papa YG proud! ㅋㅋ

I think that's my main points on the subject, I didn't really have much to say honestly, I just wanted you all to think about the Hallyu Wave in your countries~
And do you even have a Hallyu Wave yet? I know ours is pretty small~

If you have recently come into k-pop to try and be all elitist and cool and indie though? Don't bother~ the real k-pop fans won't like you and everyone else will already know the music~ so you won't be cool~

Have a nice day anyway ;D And good luck to K-pop groups trying to break into the Western markets~

PS: Here's a forum topic where people are discussing the Hallyu Wave which is kind of interesting to see other peoples views CLICK HERE

-_- I'm so sad that the permalink on this post is wrong... I might have to repost this to fix it again... if I do that~ would you like a new post rather than a repost?

리오엘리 Blackheadzero Nose Patch

So this is the 리오엘리 블랙헤드제로 코팩~ From a pack of 5, I have so far used 2. So I'm not obviously giving the full picture yet, just my preview and initial impressions upon the product and I can officially put this product in direct comparison with the 네슈라 까만 잠숮 코팩, so that's nice having something to compare it against.

A quick background overview into 리오엘리 though~
At the moment, Tia Hwang (Chocolat) is the model/face of 리오엘리. The brand itself began in 2003 and by 2007 their BB creams were ranked top of the online market. They were awarded best cosmetic brand by CMN and they're based in the Gangnam-gu area of Seoul.
Oh and one last point. If you didn't already know~ the logo is based upon Cinderella's carriage ㅋㅋㅋ

이니스프리 미네랄 스탁 컨실러

"I will arise and go now, and go to Innisfree,"

That's right, I can start spurting out quotes from W.B. Yeats Lake Isle of Innisfree (which if you've never read you've clearly never taken AS English Literature! ㅋㅋ I jest, the poem itself isn't that bad really.)
I really love Innisfree even if it's partly just for the name...
Innisfree(이니스프리)'s story began in 2000, as the introduction of a "Natural brand" to South Korea. Five years later, they opened a free-standing store. Now they've got (actor) Lee Minho and Im Yoona of SNSD doing their Cm's - and even though Yoona is my least favourite member of SNSD, for the purpose of Innisfree I shall appreciate her at least because she is one of the most popular members.

As you may be able to tell from the title (well only if you can read Hangul) I purchased the Innisfree Mineral Stick Concealer in the colour 1 (라이트 베이지 - I think that's light beige?)
The thing that caught my eye about Innisfree was not (unlike most other Korean cosmetic brands) the packaging which is usually kept to a minimum and is pretty minimalist looking, but the ingredients list and their Eco-friendly policy. Considering I've been a vegetarian 17 years and...3 months (okay, well my whole life..xD) and I've got really sensitive skin anyway...I don't like using animal products or products with lots of chemicals in. So Innisfree always sounded like a good idea.

Back to School

It's that season again when everyone's creating their back to school series and content, their videos and blog posts. I skipped out on this trend this year and decided to just watch everyone else's videos and read their blogs instead of trying to write one myself.
I've got a pretty strict routine with myself about school stuff, my stationary has to all be organised into separate sections, the folders need to be sorted and organised differently constantly...the text books go in alphabetical order by author and then alphabetical order of book title within that, my school clothes are organised into colour sections~ the contents of my bag get cleared out every day and old hand outs go straight into the folders. You can see where this is going...I get pretty obsessive over my school items...
So you can understand why I didn't particularly want to show everyone the contents of my desk and wardrobe and school bag...I'm just far too organised (which is probably just a way of procrastinating more and more) so it's slightly embarrassing.

(I also have been having timetabling problems, so I've been so busy sorting that out that I've barely had any time to concentrate on doing anything recently)

But I thought I'd just share a few tips because I'm going back to school tomorrow and I'm sure plenty of people are already back by now...I'm going to limit myself to 5 because I could go on all day, but I'm not going to...

TONY MOLY 블러셔본 퍼프

Today I'm actually going to do a tool~ if this one goes well then I'll also show you my facial cleanser tool...
So, this is the Tony Moly 블러셔본 퍼프 (blush powder puff). Unlike most puffs I've seen, especially British ones, this one is cute and furry! Most ones I've seen are sponge and they rip and tear and hold onto the product for ages...which is pretty unhygienic isn't it?! So when I was sent this puff, I was pretty happy with myself ㅋㅋㅋ~ not only because it had a bow and it was pink mind you...
I've been using this puff to apply my blush for a couple of weeks~ before that I used my Sephora brush~ in comparison? The 블러셔본 퍼프 is a clear winner, the application is far smoother, it's even and more pigmented - so I get more use out of my blush now then!
The main problem at the moment though? I'm not sure how to clean it! Should I just wash it like a cloth or brush or something? Or would that ruin it? Also, because my Korean isn't that great, it takes me forever to figure out what everything means...so as far as I'm aware, it could have all of the instructions on the back ㅋㅋ {one of the reasons why I should at least learn makeup terminology!}

Anyway, I really don't have much to say about this puff, other than if you have the opportunity to use one of these things, take it ㅋㅋ Korean blush seem to usually have these in anyway, so if you already use one~ I suppose you could use this thing as a replacement?
That's all though! I'm going back to listen to MBC표준FM now...아이유's Raindrop is currently playing~ I love 아이유! Have a nice day everyone, and I'll be back with a proper post once I try out some more samples! (I want to get rid of my current breakout first though so that doesn't affect my review ㅋㅋㅋㅋ)

Cookyshop Mini Mate Organiser

Welcome to my organiser guys! I swear, I freaking love this thing~ I've only had it like two weeks and I'm just starting to move things across and use it more efficiently so this is just a preview of the pages~ I didn't want to show you all of the pages because they're so easy to find online~ The sellers of this organiser usually use the original photos which are really detailed, so my post is just showing how much space the boxes have and things like that ^^ If you want to purchase one, I got mine just off of eBay after I saw this post on THE YESSTYLIST.
I genuinely get so excited by organisers and stationary, so korean stationary? You can imagine how happy I was when this came! So let's move onto the actual pages!

What's in my bag?

I haven't done a "What's in my bag?" post in years~ I was going to say I've never done one...but I think I did one like 4/5 years ago~ so the stuff I carried then were completely different to now...
I like to think that I'm pretty much prepared for life with my bag, so here's the general contents of my bag, some items change around and depending on the weather and what I'm doing on the day I'll carry different things of course...but these are the basics that I don't really take out of my bag!

Here's a quick overview of everything so you can just see what I've got, (left to right: makeup bag, camera case, first aid kit, umbrella, earphones, purse, keys, pen and pencil, organiser, lip balm, phone and hand wash)
So these are the skincare/makeup etc. stuff in my bag. I've got a little first aid kit with plasters, a small amount of bandage and tweezers and stuff, my SHINI Star Lip Balm which I actually reviewed here, my hand wash which has nearly run out because I use it way too much...and finally my makeup bag...which I really need a new one~ I've got like a million but they're all the wrong shape/size or whatever so I'm searching for a new one at the moment!

Here's my electronics...The case holds my camera and two iPods (I use a touch to store my magazines and games and then a nano for my music), some earphones - sometimes I'll take out my mix-styles as well, but I always make sure I have a pair of earphones as well - and finally my phone...which is actually in the process of being replaced because the buttons on the sides are broken~ this is the 8520 in lilac.

My organiser! This is the cookyshop mini mate diary (serious question yeah? This one is a Korean diary, and all the labels are in English~ so do most Koreans know basic English then?) I've also got one of those plain boring cheap pens...I should have bought the matching one for my diary, but I mainly use the MUJI set in my diary~ and then just a San-X Monokuro Boo pencil.

Finally I have...the other stuff? I've got a purse and keys...I actually only just started using this purse because the one I liked broke ㅠ_ㅠ The coin section had a hole in, so the money all fell out ㅋㅋ so I'm going to see if I can fix that one because I love it so much...but until then I'm just using this one~ which does actually fit more stuff in it~ (I've even got some travel tea bags...) but I like white purses~ so yep~ that one matched everything else in my bag ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I've also got two keys~ one is my house key, the other is my bike key~ I don't have a car yet, so I don't have a car key ^^

Well, that was a really quick post, but I hope you enjoyed being incredibly nosey and looking through my bag! What do you guys have in your bag?

SKIN79 Super+ Beblesh Balm

I've been using this BB for a couple of weeks now so I wanted to let you know what I think of it quickly. In short, I love it. In comparison to the western 'BB' creams it's perfect. SKIN79 make some of the most popular BB creams and this hot pink one is known as one of the best all-rounders on the BB scene.
According to the English directions of this BB we're supposed to "Use it proper quantity on the area of your face like patting at the last step of skin care." Clearly...I think that sentence really explains this cream well...-_- ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
I've split this review into 7 different sections so you can focus on what you're actually interested in...so here it goes!

Outing with an 언니...

Because 언니 wanted my post to come quickly of our day out on Thursday, I decided to move the original schedule of this post forward, so please enjoy my account of what we did on our day out!
So I met up with one of my 언니, who I shall call S언니 for the purpose of distinguishing her from the other 언니 because I'm the 막내 of my friends! (well I always say 언니, but I'm not sure that a 3 month age gap really classifies her as an 언니! But oh well, she is my 언니 and that's final xD)
We got a really early train to London - it was the 9.30ish one I think, which wouldn't be an early day any other time of the year~ but it was a hot day in the summer xD - and it was packed so~ lots of people, lots of standing and hee~ it was a busy start to the day~
We started off at Westfield and got some early lunch to beat that annoying lunch rush~ here's a picture of the lunch we got from Pho - the Vietnamese place - I originally wanted to get stuff from Bamboo Basket...but they weren't open when we got there~

Korean Skincare Haul #2

You may have seen the teaser image for this haul a while ago (if not, wae? :3) So here it is! These are just my purchases, I'm not going to go into detail about the seller but if you haven't seen the information about the seller then check out part 1 of my Korean Skincare Haul here.
This time I ordered from the website itself, which was nice because I hate how much clicking and entering things is involved with purchasing stuff from eBay, the site itself it nice...however they haven't got a currency change option on the site yet so I had to use a converter to figure out how much everything was in £.

On to what I actually ordered though! I only purchased 3 things, The Lioele Blackhead Zero Nose Patch set (there's 5 in that pack), three of Etude House's Collagen Eye Patches - this is also what I ordered in part #1 of the haul and I liked them so I ordered 3 more and finally Skin79's famous BB cream!
As the same as last time, I received a lot of samples and freebies! I have another 네슈라 pore strip, 스킨푸드 Royal Honey Hydro Cream and Agave Cactus Emulsion, Missha's Time Revolution First Treatment Essence, Etude House's Black Charcoal Chin Pack, Nymph Aura Volumer and Precious Mineral BB Cream. I also received a Tony Moly blush ribbon puff which was really cute!

So the same as with the first set of the haul, I'm going to go through each product separately as I use them because then it's easier to navigate and you only have to read what you're genuinely interested in!

The package came relatively quickly again though - I say relatively because as I keep saying free postage, so one week is so quick! - and it was well packaged and once again I received more free things than I did actual products which was sweet!

They're also pretty good at communicating and interacting with customers which I also like, so thanks for that!
I think that's all I have to say on the delivery and the actual overview of the products themselves though, so I'll sign off here instead of rambling! ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Summer Playlist

Hey! So I'm writing this just before I go on holiday and I'm just going to go through what's been my favourite tracks this summer! The music this year has been amazing - well so far anyway! And as I've been to my friends, the rookie groups of this year have all been amazing as well so when it comes to the rookie of the year award, it's going to be tough this year!
So before I start rambling off about Korean rookie idol groups, lets just get on with the playlist!

Everything about this song is just perfect! The music video, the beat, (Yoseob's hair)...it's just amazing and it's definitely the track that's been played the most in my car this summer~! Since it came out, this has been on non-stop and I even saw my mother dancing to it! So well done B2ST! I love it~~~ <3

Everywhere I go I get this stuck in my head~ I've been in love with BAP since~~~ well since before their showcase and considering Himchan was an ulzzang, obviously I've got to love them even more! ♥ Zelo's hair and his rapping! ...In fact also Bang Yongguk's hair as well! Himchan's red suit~~~ yeah need I say more? Warrior was awesome. Power was awesome. Of course No Mercy would be as well! And they're definitely top in my books at the moment!

I'm actually only registered officially in 2 fan clubs (it used to be 3 but I left Cassiopeia after the split...) Kim Hyun Joong's is one of them! Naturally anything then that he comes out with gets stuck in my head and because this song is called HEAT, it's got to be in the summer playlist for the same reason as Hot Summer - f(x) was in last year's summer playlist!

Who DOESN'T love this song? I actually saw the live on Inkigayo before I saw the music video, but this song has been on a lot as well~ it's so catchy! plus it annoys my brother who doesn't like Kpop...

Normally I don't like Sistar much...but this song is just nice and fun and well...summery. AND Sistar have great personalities so that makes them so much better as a group, even if I don't like their songs! But anyway, I do like this song! Especially the bit that goes "Let's talk about love~~" I just thought it was cool okayyy~? xD

I feel like I want to put in everything that's under Mono Music...but I can't~ otherwise this would just turn into pretty much a playlist consisting entirely of G-Twenty and Candy Mafia, but I love this song and it's just cute and great~! So if you don't listen to Thai pop, you probably will after listening to this! Especially if you're also a J-Pop or K-Pop fan!

This is actually the only OPM group I listen to~ and I love them...I'm a secret huge Yuki fan! (Well not that secret) I actually started listening to them just before my birthday and then like a shameless fangirl, told Yuki that it was my birthday xD ...and yeah he replied :3 so I'm satisfied!
Anyway, the actual song! I don't even know how I found it, probably just searching around Youtube and stuff, but all four members are either half Korean or Japanese - Yuki is half Japanese obviously... - so this song is great~ I don't have much to say other than listen to it!

I'm a HUGE fan of Алексей Воробьёв (that's Alex Sparrow to us UK folk...) but I prefer his Russian stuff to his English ones...I always find when non-native English speakers produce English songs...the lyrics are always kind of weird~ so I stay away from them!
It was hard to choose the song I wanted to choose for you guys because I usually just play through his albums~ I didn't want to add his newest one though (Get You) because you all already heard that in last year's Eurovision! So that's my only reasoning really for picking this song!

I kind of feel bad for putting two songs by artists under YG Entertainment...but Big Bang are amazing~ CHOI SEUNG HYUN. Need I say more? The Alive album really did it for me as well~ Taeyang's new style, Daesung's new hair, GD's swag, TOP's ...face...eum yeah, we'll stick with face and Seungri's amazing vocals! So Fantastic Baby, which even my non-kpopper friends love (well the few that I have these days anyway!) It's a great song and now the second someone says the word 'wow' ...we all know it'll be followed with the words 'FANTASTIC BABY'...so need I say any more? Nope. I think not.

I love the dance. I love the vocals. I love the song. I love the members...it's perfect! And as I said earlier, the rookie of the year is going to be tough this year, and I'm hoping these guys are going to be included in the listing! So yeah, it's great! This song and Sky High have been played a lot on my iPod recently!

There we go then! That's my top ten! I tried to include a variety of different types of songs, different companies and also different languages~ I'm sorry I only included one song in Japanese~ normally I would include more, but not many have caught my eye this year I'm afraid! I'm also sorry I haven't included any songs by SM or JYP...well actually not so much SM~ *hate you Soo Man, but we'll cover that another time*
I would have stuck my Junsu (XIA)'s Tarantallegra as well, but I thought the video was just a tad inappropriate for my blog, so if you want to watch that porn video then please go onto YouTube and check it out, because no matter how much I love Junsu and no matter how many times he thrusts or says 'bonzzouur' I refuse to link that video to my blog xD So yeah~~ it's slightly embarrassing that I've listened to it as much as I have, but I can promise you guys now~ I haven't learnt the dance :3
Sorry!

What music have you been listening to recently? I'd love to know~~!

PS: If you're wondering what fan clubs I AM in...I'm in BAP's Baby and Kim Hyun Joong's Henecia, I also still class myself as part of Cassiopeia~ just not officially any more because I'm actually not supporting either side (HoMin or JYJ) particularly at the moment...so I don't feel like I can really call myself an official fan because of how annoyed I got with them...but considering YunJae in my OTP~ I guess I'm always going to be a Cassie! *Once a Cassie, always a Cassie! AKTF guys*

네슈라 Pore Deep Charcoal Strip

This was one of the samples I received in my #1 and #2 hauls so I actually got my hands on two of these strips, although so far I've only used one of them. Honestly, this was the first time I've used a nose patch so I was a tad useless with it I think but it did feel nice and because it's in the small package it's easy to stick in a travel bag and use whilst you're away - which is one of the main reasons why I prefer the Korean packs to western ones!
I'd never heard of this brand before so I did a little research before trying out this product...

네슈라 (Nesura) The CEO is a woman called Soo Ok Park and she says "Nesura cosmetics shall make trustworthy products to be which you may happily recommend them to your family." So with that sentence, she's basically suggesting that her products are really good and they're suitable for lots of different age ranges as well? (I just got that from the word 'family' which I'm assuming then you'd recommend it to your mum, daughter, nan...or maybe even your dad I guess?)
The company started in 1986, so they've been at it quite a while then!
According to their site as well, they're all around the world...so maybe I've just missed out on them then!

AOZORA [BLUE SKIES]...

By North America's (and my) favourite cell phone novelist! TAKATSU from Toronto made an EP a while back and I've been meaning to get him to send me a copy~ so I finally did it in June according to the little note he wrote with it (Sorry it took me so long to write this!) There's 5 songs on the album itself and it's called AOZORA. I don't really have much to say about the album itself other than it's great, so well done Taka and I'm expecting another one soon! :3 I'd also like to point out if you haven't already read his cell phone novels, you should go ahead and do it now because they're so addictive...and seriously, once you've read your first one you won't be able to stop! But this post is about Taka as a singer, so I'll try and avoid just going on about Taka as a novelist because really they're two separate things! So check out his facebook, twitter and buy his album~ (you can either get the physical album or just download the songs, but if you've got a netbook like I have and don't think you'll be able to get the CD onto your iTunes? Buy the album anyway because once you've purchased the physical album, you can download the songs directly from the Internet anyway and it's always nice having real life albums!) ...Also, just like to point out that this was my first ever parcel from Canada! Yay Canada! ^^
PS: Just like to point out that you may be needing some handwriting lessons if you get mega famous Taka? ;D xDDD

Exploring: Green Tea

So I'm a big fan of tea, but black tea has always been too strong for me. I used to drink strawberry tea when I was a kid, but now I prefer green tea. I drank green tea a little already, but the more Lindy Tsang talked about green tea and how good it was for you, and then Nayoung and other YouTubers and bloggers did as well, I decided I should start religiously drinking my tea~ and it's definitely made a difference so if you're like me and really lazy, then just suck it up and drink your tea because your skin and your body will thank you so much for it!

(Now I'll admit this month I've been slacking off a little...but genuinely my reasoning has been good...
I've been drinking a brand for a while and I decided to swap to a new one after I finished this box...however! I wanted to take some pictures because I was planning this post! So I've been drinking the box pretty slowly because I've been too lazy busy to take photos)

SHINI STAR Lip Balm!

I ordered the SHINI STAR Lip Balm by Etude House in 블링블링J (Bling Bling J - for Jonghyun!)
It came with my purchases from cosmetic-love and can be found here on their site.
The series has five colours, one for each SHINee member - and I really like orange lip colours, so I decided to order the Jonghyun colour.

Mini Korean Skincare Haul

Part 1: The Items
These products took a little while to come, however they had free shipping so really I didn't care how long it took as long as they arrived safely! I have to say, I was really impressed with this seller and I'm definitely going to be ordering from them again soon because the products I ordered were good and the free shipping and the added free samples from the seller are really appealing and just a nice touch really!
Over the next couple of weeks I'll be uploading reviews of each of the products, I didn't actually order any full products...(the only things I paid for were the eye patch and the lip balm) so I can't comment on the value for money and everything, but Korean products are usually pretty good!

I'll just go through the products I actually received then and how they were received!
From left to right: Etude House's Collagen Eye Patch - one set, so there were two patches, one for each eye - Nesura's Pore Deep Charcoal Strip sample, Skinfood's Royal Honey Hydro Cream, Skinfood's Platinum Grape Cell Toner and finally Etude House x SHINee's SHINI STAR Lip Balm.

I purchased the Collagen Eye Patch and the SHINI STAR Lip Balm.

They were ordered on the 30th June and were dispatched on the 2nd July, so it took a while for it to get dispatched and everything - but hey free shipping who cares? xD - and arrived on the 10th July.

When I received the package (which was TINY, so well packed...I was impressed) I also got a card leading me to their website rather than their eBay site for further purchases...
The website is cheaper than the eBay site, so I did feel slightly ripped off by that...but I did only pay £6.30 for everything so that's fine :D

So thank you Cosmetic-love, and I will be ordering again soon!
(Review posts on each of the items soon)
Look how tiny the box is and it's in good quality as well! :D
